If you take that into consideration when you are prospecting for leads and start branding yourself, then the people that start to know you will be the best MLM leads or prospects you will ever get.
Naturally the individuals that know you like your family, pals, co-workers, chums on Facebook, Twitter Tweeps etc, are all a part of your warm market. If you are a honest and likable person then anyone who knows you will be your Best MLM leads.
Naturally they might or might not be ultimately interested in your product, service or business proposition ( which is correct for any mlm lead ) but at least, due to your relationship, you’ll find it far easier to gain their attention long enough to guide them to a website or some sort of presentation.
The “best MLM leads” will be someone that you already know.
Plain and simply.
The goal then, as you move thru your MLM career, is to move people from your cold market into your warm market. Or as Harvey Mackay says, “Dig your well before you are thirsty.”
You may find approaching your warm market a devastating task. I know I was there!! Think of it as practice and don’t get to immeshed with the idea that you and your buddies will all be great business partners. Honestly they may not be qualified for your business anyways.
When I started online I had no influence over the people that were in my life and they all basically laughed at me when I shared my vision with them. They called me a hoper and dreamer! It is really important for you to know that this is normal and does not mean that you should quit. Even though you may feel like it from time to time. The best thing to do is become a person of influence. Ok so, Purchasing the Best MLM Leads ~ It may sound like a great idea! But is it?
Visit any of the major search engines like Google, Bing or MNS and conduct a search for “best MLM leads”.
Instantly you’ll find dozens of network marketing lead companies offering opportunity seeker leads for sale.
The challenge is not all leads are created equal. Lead quality can go from literally meaningless to semi-qualified.
The differences that makes all the difference are lead quality ( how were they generated ), age of the lead ( when were they generated ) and the exclusiveness ( how frequently are they being sold ).
Make sure you do your research before you give anyone your money.

Great information in this blog post.
I know a lot of people don’t feel comfortable approaching their warm market but what I have learned over time is that you never know what their circumstances are at home. They might not tell you everything so by sharing what you’ve gotten involved in may be the answer to their prayers. So never be afraid to approach the people that already know, like and trust you.
Now the people you have come to know are people who just might want to work with you. Maybe they aren’t having success in their current venture and by you just mentioning this to them they can see the opening for you two to work together. I do enjoy working with people I know, like and already trust.
Paying for leads is my least favorite way to go only because no matter how targeted they claim to be, I’ve never found that to be the case.
Joining a training community that teaches you how to generate endless leads is the way everyone should go. Learning from the experts is the real key right! If you want to succeed, learn from someone who is where you want to be. How many times have we heard that! It’s just a win/win situation in my book.

I agree in any business that buying prospects and leads is crazy. It’s like those companies that sell Twitter followers or Facebook fans. Great, so I have a hundred bots and spammers! Whoohoo! I guess people think buying leads is easy and of course everyone would rather take the easy way than actually work for what they get. April, I remember you saying on my blog that you email your list daily or sometimes more if you have something good to share, which means you’re obviously nurturing those leads and keeping up good relationships with people. That doesn’t happen when you pilfer a name or email from someone else’s list! It’s a good lesson everyone can take to heart. Build relationships and nurture them! That’s the way to gain trust which leads to sales.
That’s so true Carol.. Having hundreds of bots and spammers so ineffective. Kind of like having a needle in a hay stack. I used to cold call because that was what I was taught by my upline and it was such a nightmare. I started to hate what I was doing and that is not good. Calling a qualified lead that already knows who I am is the best way to build a business. i email my list daily so people do have a relationship with me and feel as if they know me already before we even talk. I used to be afraid if I mailed to much that people would unsubscribe and honestly some do but it’s there loss if they do that. I know alot of the things I share is priceless but if they don’t see it that way then thy need to get off of my list. I have learned from top marketers online that I need to mail my list daily and even more during promotions. The results I am getting proves these marketers are right. People join people but most importantly they join people because they want what they have. Whether it be knowledge, lifestyle or whatever. The question I get often from a prospect is “How are you going to help me?” By attracting people with information that will help them build their business they are going to be eager to join you.

I’ve never had any luck purchasing MLM leads. Always a disaster in my experience. I just don’t do it anymore.
Now, I prefer to generate my own leads, mostly from my blog and Facebook. These are almost like warm market leads because they come to know me through my social interactions and writings.

Hi April, I totally agree with you here. Great advice to many people. Yes our “Warm” market are the best leads. Generating your own leads become just as warm because you are branding yourself as a leader and go-giver.

All of this was so alien and unknown to me when I first got into Network Marketing 6 years ago. My story was pretty similar to many others until I found the marketing system we are both with. Leads generated by your own articles, training and knowledge are always going to be so much more powerful and “hot” than any other lead you can buy.
I was talking to someone who bought leads by the thousands the other day and she actually had a robot calling them all…….
She is now looking at MLSP!

Awesome Nicky!! Same with me I had no idea! In fact I was doing ppc on Myspace with my companies replicated website. It kicked my butt for $1200. So having a system in place that teaches you the right way is going to help you avoid costly mistakes like the one I did. I also purchased leads!! Most people are just going broke in MLM because they don’t know what there doing. It is so important that people get the training they need to be successful in this industry! I really hope your friend makes her move and joins MLSP. It is going to save her so much headache
