Wooo Hoooo I am so proud to announce Ruth Alade as my newest fan of the week!!

I really cannot say enough about Ruth Alade as she is one of the top marketers online and is climbing straight to the top in many aspects of her marketing. When I first met Ruth there was one thing that really stood out to me and it was her willingness to learn.

She is such a great student of Online Network Marketing but not only that a great leader.. She knows exactly what it takes to exceed in Online Network Marketing and her results really prove that.

Ruth Alade is a phenomenal blogger and article marketer.

Your Network Marketing Business is a long term business! Just like any business it takes time!

One thing I have noticed with many people that I have talked to is that they are looking for that winning lottery ticket. They have no concept of what it really takes to become successful in their Network Marketing Business. In this post I give you ways to overcome this mindset and also how to avoid it with in your organization.

Yes you read the headline right I told someone to get out of my Network Marketing business!

I have no time for the hopers and dreamers nor the winers and complainers! You as well should not make time for them either! That is if you are serious about your business. People like this will only bring your business down.

Some people join a Network Marketing Business with the perception that they are going to get rich by pushing a button!

They think they will be successful with in their first few weeks and even more hilarious they think they will talk to 10 people or even less and hit it big.  Sometimes it is not their fault that they think like this! That is why it is super important that a sponsor does not make false promises to get them to join.

To be honest with you I have never used Lead Net Pro and I have not witnessed a scam from the system itself.

However I really had to get this post out to everyone because of the recent contact I have had from  a representative from Lead Net Pro.

So if you don’t know, Lead Net Pro is a lead scraper and Phone / Text message broadcaster and recently I started receiving annoying Phone calls from other Network Marketers using Lead Net Pro and they never stop.

It’s super annoying and if you ask me it only pisses people off which is not a very effective way to get them into your business.

As Network Marketers, we can never get enough MLM training, so, I thought today would be a good day to share a story with you that will make you understand why developing leaders in your business is very important.

Before jumping back into the arena in 2010, I dabbled quite a bit in Network Marketing.  Before 2010, I was one of those who didn’t take MLM seriously and thought that it was too hard to be successful.

Back in 2003, I had joined Ameriplan with a co-worker.  Every week, like clock work, we would hold meetings in his home and, on average, we had quite a few people at each meeting.  We did this for about 2 months before we decided to stop and look at how many people we’d sponsored.  Between him and I together, we sponsored about 50 people.
