You never know what your gonna get… In network marketing there is a big difference in recruiting and sponsoring.
Why is that? Well I like to think of recruiting like spaghetti when you throw it up against the wall to see if it sticks. Most people in MLM do this, you see it does matter whether or not you sponsor or recruit someone.. Sponsoring someone to your Network Marketing business is actually taking them under your wing and guiding them to the top. Recruiting is giving them a business and seeing if they stick..
If you are leading with value in your business and establishing your presence as a leader then you are doing it right. If you are leading with your opportunity and giving the person you sponsored a stack of leads and telling them to go spam on Facebook well I wish you luck with that. I say no to SPAM! lol! I sometimes wish people would wake up and stop leaving people such a bad taste in ther mouths about Network Marketing. It ruins it for everyone. Recruiting to your MLM will never build you a life long residual income.. The rate of drop out by recruiting is far more than if you were to sponsor people.
I hope you have enjoyed my post and I look forward to reading your comments. I appreciate your shares because it means you care

I am so glad I have had the privilege to work with April Marie and be mentored by her over the past year! She is a inspiring leader and friend. I was involved with the Trump Network for about a year before meeting April and with her help I was turning more profit in 90 days than I did in 15 months in Trump. She has helped me tremendously as a Mentor and Friend. April has developed her team into one of the fastest growing teams in Immunotec. She always takes the time to assist people no matter what the situation. April has helped many people and is very dedicated to the success of other team members success. You really owe it to yourself and your business to work with such a fine mentor. April Marie Tucker is a person that can and will really assist you in meeting your goals!!

I’ve been involved the awesome industry of Network Marketing for 3 years now. I had the same struggles and made the same mistakes as most network marketers do. It is said that opportunity knocks when it is least expected. My opportunity came disguised in a mistake that I had made and learned from.
In February of 2011 I was posting links and offering my opportunity (at that time) to my Facebook connections by sending them a private message or putting it directly on their wall. As we all know, this is not a proper way to get to know people. When I sent April Marie Tucker my message she replied with “ I don’t even know you and I think you need to go back and re-read the ebook your offering because you obviously missed something.” I felt offended but also thought “this lady obviously knows what she’s talking about, I wonder what business she’s in”?
That was when I found MyLeadSystemPro and Immunotec. I fill out a form on her website and to my surprise she called me. From then on she became my mentor and coach and has brought me up from being a Network Marketing rookie to a MLM Rock Star.

April Marie Tucker is my Mentor. If you need some one with STRONG WILL to SUCCEED and great Leadership, she is the one. Thank you April for already taking me where I am today in only 4 months. Best regards, Axel Vauxverdi
has influenced my life more than any person I have ever known. I met April in a Skype chat group in 2010. A few months later I was given the privilege through synergy to speak with her on the phone and experience true leadership. April Marie and I identified with each other on the call and it was one pleasant conversation. I then was invited to join Immunotec as a consultant and accepted immediately. It was the best decision I ever made for my health and well being; also I may add I am being paid by Immunotec to do so. Several months later; May 2011 April Marie invited me into her home on the Space Coast of Florida. She runs a home based business there and we recruit, setup meetings and give presentations promoting Immunotec at a local restaurant. It is an honor and pleasure to work with her. She is honorable, has integrity, very courteous, great sex appeal and is a master at transmuting her virtues to the betterment of all. I also have been privileged to know, socialize, work and play with April Marie’s well behaved beautiful children; Alaina, Tristen and Taben. April Marie is an awesome host and can cook a fine meal. Being with her and her family is home in sweet heaven. April Marie Tucker is an awesome mentor who will reach out to help you achieve your goals in life and business. If it means holding your hand in the process; virtually, literally or physically she will be happy to help you. The only thing you need to do is show up and you will fulfill your dreams. Network marketing is the most fair business model on planet earth where you reap what you’ve sown. Imagine helping someone becoming more than yourself; it isn’t hard to do. April Marie Tucker holds the carrot and has the power to hold us. We have the power to hold you. I hope someday you will join us. Today is the first and best day to do so. April, It’s all true! Too many people recruit and see what sticks. Network Marketing is about sponsoring and building great friendships that will last a lifetime. Friends don’t leave friends. Keep sponsoring and adding value.

Yes Jeffrey Friends don’t leave friends..
Greetings. It is very difficult to try to put my thoughts down and garner your input because we are all facing the same business challenges.I like your idea of “Sponsoring” as it will give the respected prospects a chance to “sample” or test drive some
of your recomendations which you are talking about and have
on hand for their future success in our industry. More importantly though “Sponsoring” it will allow for you to once again become acquainted with both those members who are with you allready in your portfolio as well as the new respected prospects whom you have not met and guide as yet.And to top that i wasnt even invited for dinner…Cheers
Best Regards

April,
You are so right on, persistence, believability, and leadership are keys to success in Network Marketing
Thanks Rusty.. It is true those are the fundamentals for sure…
I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made in writing this post. I am hoping the same best work from you in the future as well. In fact your creative writing abilities has inspired me to start my own BlogEngine blog now. Really the blogging is spreading its wings rapidly. Your write up is a fine example of it.
Great Post April!
Sponsoring vs. Recruiting is something every marketer needs to seriously contemplate even before making the first phone call. If you’re looking to add trophies to your walls then recruit all day long. The dead heads will start to stink after a while and in most cases leave.
When you sponsor someone, you’re helping them grow their business and flourish not only as a new marketer but as a person.
Thanks for the reminder!

I am going to check out your blog now.. Seems we have much in common!
Hey April!
Great video! Leading by example is key. Share a solution, instead of leading with “ANOTHER” business. Recruiters find people and get them in the game long enough to get paid. However, coaches and sponsors stay with you, coach you, teach you and watch you grow. Some even get excited when you out perform them! That’s what people want!
Keep rockin it!

It sure is Corina.. I appreciate your insight and look forward to a great relationship my new friend
Well said April! Network Marketers need to really hone in on the sponsoring aspect and realize that this is not only a friendship, but a business partnership that has the potential to be long term(creating long term residual income, not make a quick buck) if they do it right. Being present and mentoring others to be the SOLUTION, Great stuff! Thanks for your leadership and words of wisdom!

I am telling you guys are a prime example of sponsorship.. You have a great touch to what you are doing.. I love reading your posts too. Heading over to read yours now
Dear Marie, this is so much to the point its unbelievable, after more then 20 years in the MLM industry i finally hear some one that expresses it out loud, and telling the world that they better become first what they preach before preaching, yes we need to offer solutions and not send people swimming in the sea without teaching them how, people drown and leave the industry with a bad taste in their mouth and that is why MLM got such a bad name, even though it is one of the best industries in the world if not THE best.
I wish there were a lot more people like you, that understand the importance and value of giving people the training and the tools to solve their problems, and yes you never know what you get in having a new “recruit”, but do you know what you really get into when you start anew relationship with any one? in this world?, but there we invest, in any relationship we take the time and we invest even when we get nothing in return, to a new neighbor we bring a cake, we offer help, we can baby sit when they want, so why not in a business relationship where the core of the business is people?????
Thanks for sharing your perspective with the world.
April excellent points especially regarding not leading with your product. It amazes me every day online how many marketers make the amateur mistake and lead with their product before they build any rapport. I feel like those of us who build value (like you said) will be more successful.
I hate to admit it April, but that’s exactly the way I was for a long time. NO MORE!
Thank you April
God bless
